1. Download and install Rufus from the official website.

2. Insert a USB drive with at least 16GB of storage space into your computer.

3. Launch Rufus and select the USB drive from the Device drop-down menu.

4. Under Boot selection, select Select and browse to the Windows 11 ISO file.

5. Under Partition scheme and target system type, select GPT for UEFI.

6. Under Format options, select NTFS.

7. Under Advanced options, check the following boxes:  - GPT partition scheme     for UEFI computer - Quick Format

8. Click the Start button to create the bootable USB drive.

9. Once the bootable USB drive is created, restart your computer and boot from the USB drive.

10. At the Windows Setup screen, press Shift+F10 to open a command prompt 

11.  In the command prompt, type the following command and press Enter: "reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup" /v AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU /t REG_DWORD /d 1" 

12. Close the command prompt and continue with the Windows 11 installation.
